Congratulations to our newly elected Board of Directors members, Wayne Armbrust, John Nesbitt, Shawn Roberts, & Alan Olson.

These gentlemen will join our existing Board officially on December 1st, 2017.  The continuing Board of Directors are: Paul Anderson, Lin Toland, Mike Snyder, Dave Fitzgerald and Anne Callihan.

Chuck Edmondson, Brian Garfield, Eric Wallgren and Steve Salisbury chose not to seek re-election, and will end their terms on 12/01.  We thank these individuals for their years of hard work and dedication to our club!

Also of important note: the newly proposed bylaws were passed by 95% of the vote!  This means they go into effect immediately, replacing the old bylaws.  A copy of our new bylaws is attached here and can be found on our website here.

When next our Board convenes, they will vote to decide the new officers for the upcoming year and also decide how best to implement the new terms of service for the existing and newly elected Board members.  Our new bylaws provide for a three-year term (instead of two) and for a term limit of no more than 3 consecutive terms.  It also requires that the terms of Directors shall be staggered so that no more than one-third of the total number of Directors are elected annually.  This means that some of the newly elected members will serve two years, and some will serve three, in order to maintain the correct number of elected members for each annual election.
